What is your LEAST favorite restaurant at WDW

LeCellier 1st, would not even consider it a steakhouse

Crystal Palace 2nd what a dump

I've never had a meal at WDW I'd say was really bad.

That said, Teppan Edo is probably our worst experience. Many like this restaurant but for us and others who have Teppanyaki restaurants in our home town, Teppan Edo ranks far below. Smaller portions, bland decor, food is just ok.

On our visit something must have been wrong with the A/C. It was hotter than heck inside. Others complained but no explanation and nothing was done.

Near DTD there is an offsite Teppanyaki place called Kobe's. Far better food, show, decor and prices. I feel even the chain Benihanas is far superior. Teppan Edo can be fun for a family if you have no other Teppanyaki choices in your home town.

For us it would be Coral Reef hands down. How it's even possible for a place that specializes in fish and seafood to serve such poorly prepared tilapia I will never now. And don't get me started on the size of some of the servings. Or the inordinate amount of time spent trying to spot our waitperson.

Our second choice would definitely be H&V: Disney really should be ashamed of such a poor quality buffet (food, service, cleanliness):sad2:

Why is that? I don't care for the decor of leCellier but the steaks have always been melt in your mouth, tender and juicy. Unless major improvements have been made I don't understand the signature status change but the food there is good. What do you consider to be a steakhouse?

Honestly, I don't feel any WDW restaurant is up to par with whats available offsite for the money. You're paying for the unique qualities of most of the restaurants at Disney as well as convenience. I haven't found any bad restaurants at WDW but some are certainly better than others.

San Angel Inn - loud and food tasts like any run of the mill Mexican restaurant

the name of this post is: (What is your LEAST favorite restaurant at WDW )

This happens to be my opinion, not asking if you disagree

Excuse Me, the name of this post is: (What is your LEAST favorite restaurant at WDW )

A question for you. Did you know that that kind of font is considered yelling? You're right, everyone has a right to their own opinion but we don't need to yell at each other here on the DIS

My worst is the Pepper Market at the Coronado where I had the misfortune of being trapped at a convention some years back. The food was badly prepared and often seemed old. They had biscuits that were like hockey pucks and I had something Mexican that contained chicken that tasted like the inside of a refrigerator. Once they served cole slaw that had turned and sent someone running around the dining room to retrieve it from diners. By the end of the week, we were practicing defensive eating and going for food that seemed least likely to give us food poisoning.

The only restaurant that we will not be returning to for an actual meal is the Tangierine Cafe. That being said, we love the baklava and coffee drinks there.

Nine Dragons....horrid

Sci-Fi Dine In...worst meal ever.

Mama Melrose...Olive Garden type "Italian"

Just came back from our trip yesterday, and our worst meal this time was Cape May Cafe-Dinner. I know most people love this place & that is why we tried it, and we also stayed at BCV. Loved the decor & the service was great, but everytime I would go to the buffet, most of the food was empty. The crab legs were not too great, the shrimp were overcooked. The best I ate there was the clam chowder. I was not impressed at all. Maybe it was just bad timing, but I don't think we will return next time.

Have you ever tried eating at ABC Commissary? Now that is one place that I would call bad food, in fact I'd call it atrocious, and have never been to a restaurant anywhere that was as horrible as this place. :goodvibes

I am probably voting against the majority but I would have to say Chef's de France. I love the space and concept, but think the experience is far from memorable.

Dinner at Liberty Tree. I think they would have to add a lot of herbs and spices to achieve bland.
