I have been plans with my couch, a snuggly blanket, Lifetime movies, and possibly my crockpot lol.

Thinking about making my favorite comfort food, some homemade mac and cheese, but I'm the only one in the house who likes it. Seeking some ideas...

Yum! Wondering if you have a recipe you’d like to share? I’ve been looking for a good one!

I usually make chicken and noodles, beef stew, chili or stuffed pepper soup. I should really use my crock pot more because I love the way the house smells as things cook, but I don’t often plan that well.

Breakfast: Hot chocolate and oatmeal

Lunch: soup (varies) and panini

Dinner: pot roast with root veggies; meatloaf and mashed potatoes; or delivery if I’m too cold to cook.
