OK booking AP rate for 1 bedroom villa at WL, Boardwalk or Beach Club in September. 2 years ago I did a spilt stay same week in September $309 WL, $319 Beach Club. Great deal. :cheer2: Now I am trying to book same week, 2 years later, WL Villa is $363.00( not awful but a good bit higher than before) and Epcot resorts are sticking at $475.00. We are currently booked at Wl courtyard $250 average a night and BC concierge $308.00 a night average, but as a family of five with a toddler, I want my space and washer/dryer of the 1 bedroom. WL rates have dropped in the last week with the AP rate, hoping others will too. I know I am spoiled by my previous great deal, but just curious what is lowest you have scored a one bedroom in the last year or so. Hoping rates will drop again like they have at WL. Now I can get a I bedroom at SSR for $287.00 a night, also an incredible deal ,but we want to walk to epcot or boat to MK. It is DH's one big vacation a year and the resort is a huge deal to him. Would love bay Lake towers to pop up for under $400 a night but that is highly unlikely.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to just rent DVC points from a member? Most 1 bedrooms are around 200 points for a week in Sept so if you rent for $10-11/point, you are looking at $300 or a little more per night.
