What is the Star Wars Hyperspace Hoopla??

I noticed this takes place at 6:30 during Star Wars weekend. Is it a parade? Has anyone seen it? Is it worth seeing?

The "Hoopla" is a sort of street party with a DJ, SW characters, and a few activities like hula hoops and limbo. My kids love it and it is a great opportunity to get character photos.
