What is the rate now to purchase?

I am curious about what the rate is now to purchase a DVC say at the new Animal Kingdom resort (that will be opening in May). I'm not looking to add on, but to purchase new.

Anyone know? or know where I can find this info?

For new purchases of 160 points or more, the price is $104 per point with an $8 per point credit. Maintenance fees are $4.71 per point annually.

Also, Bay Lake Tower is $112 per point and they are currently offering a $5 per point credit. Maintenance fees are $3.67 per point annually.
