What is the POFQ Relocation Number?

I would like to call and find out if we need to "relocate" for our trip next March. I know it is early BUT since we booked for POFQ so early I want to be in "cue" as soon as possible at a different hotel so that we have a better shot at getting your requested room prefences, etc.
