What is the most NON busy day for Chef Mickey's?

We want to go for Breakfast one day we are there from Wednesday - Wednesday looking for the most character interaction.. which day is the best.. we are booked in on Saturday at 11:20 am.. but we can change that. My DH thought that everyone would be coming or going on Sat so they will not be as busy.. what is your experience?

I have gone and all sorts of days and it is always pretty full no matter when you go - at least from my expirence.

I am going this year on a Monday and wanted to modify my reservations 3 weeks ago and there was nothing avail anymore for bfast, all booked up.

Since it books to capacity every day, I'd say there is no day that is less busy.

Some people have reported that they have great character interaction at the last seating - as the tables empty. We did this at Ohana and it backfired on us - the characters left before we were halfway done with our meal.

It has been our experience that Chef Mickey's tends to be less crowded as soon as it opens. The dinner crowd builds from that point forward and will most likely be crowded with people waiting as you finish your dinner. We like going as early as possible as it also tends to be the cleanest. We've gone to the later seatings and have seen the place trashed with food on the floors under the tables. It was a real turnoff - the staff just can't keep up due to the volume of people that are served. On the other hand, getting there as it opens isn't quite the same atmosphere as it is when its packed. Hope this helps.
