What is the minimum amount of posts before you can attach images/URL's

Your Post contains one or more URLs, The DIS requires a minimum number of posts before allowing the posting of URL's

Its really not a high number of posts - probably 20 or so -
I had that trouble too - then tried again about a week later.
My number of posts was in the 20's and I could do it then....
