What is the Mental Disorder that Makes Someone Say Whatever Comes to Mind?

Extreme low self esteem disorder (did I just make that up?). They make themselves feel superior but pointing out all [what they perceive as flaws] in others.

Tourette's.

Definitely not Tourette Syndrome. Both my husband and daughter have TS and dh has motor and vocal tics. Vocal tics may be words, but they are not conversational or related to specific people's characteristics etc. They are usually a random word or sound that is repeated by the person with TS. Yes there are people who shout curses (dh is not one of them) but it wouldn't be something like: You are fat, and then to the next person I don't like your hair.

Maybe she's just nasty and self-centered. Maybe she just doesn't care if she hurts others or not. :confused3

Seriously - Isn't that some type of antisocial behavior? I don't know what it's called, but the words are spoken to purposely offend others - just to see what they will say or do. It keeps them in CONTROL. It also keeps others at a distance, fulfilling the need not to get close to anyone.

It's hard sometimes to know what is done to hurt others, and what is done because a person cannot control himself/herself, and really can't help it.

Tourette's.

You are wrong. You are confusing Tourette Syndrome with Copralia. Less than 7% of people that suffer from Tourette Syndrome also suffer from Copralia.
Tourette Syndrome is a series of eye movements, or "tics" like head jerking or the mouth making a yawn movement or arm jerks-something like that.

Copralia is saying inappropriate words or yelling out curse words.

Just to set the record straight.
