what is the latest you can board?

If someone is choosing to fly in on the day of the cruise, what is the latest time they can arrive at the ship?
Our friends are trying to decide what they want to do. I am trying to convince them to come down on friday. It seems like most of the flights out of our area airport arrive at 11 or later...

Arriving at MCO by noon is no problem...provided that you don't encounter an air delay due to weather or whatever. You need to be at the port by 3 pm. That said, there are occasions where DCL has held the ship (normal 5 pm departure) for guests who booked air thru DCL and were delayed.

If you don't book thru DCL, they don't hold it for you! I find it safer to fly in the night before. I can get a 3* room on Priceline for under $40, sometimes for under $30. That's pretty cheap peace of mind.
