What is the hardest reservation to get?

Standard Studio at BWV at Xmas time?
Grand Villa at OKW or BWV at Xmas time?

Something else I have not thought of???

Any thoughts, knowledge or opinions on this?

My vote is standard anything on New Year's eve at the BWV.

I understand getting a GV at either BCV or VWL is impossible.

A GV at HH for July 4th is also pretty tough- right along with GV's at BWV (or OKW) for NYE.

Standard view anything at BWV can be tricky to get, but usually if you can be somewhat flexible and get on waiting lists you can get what you want.

The dates between Thanksgiving and Christmas are getting very difficult to get if you don't plan ahead. A lot of members were caught by surprise, and ended up on waitlists.

The key is to make your plans as early as possible whenever possible. Spur of the moment may or may not work out. As with anything, planning ahead gives you an advantage.

Food and Wine has become pretty popular.....it's been tougher and tougher to get BW and/or BC reservations for that time period. And Standard BW rooms are even tougher!

I wonder if it matters in any of these situations if it is a weekend or weekday...for instance in 2004 Xmas is a Sat, NYE is a Friday night..so the points will be even higher...I wonder if that is enough to decrease the demand...or are they still such hign points because the demand for weekends is still so high???

HH is tough to get in the Summer!

I'm not sure the toughest by time of year but my short list would include:

• HH GV or studio from late June to early August, weeknights.
• BWV standard studio for NYE IF it's not a Fri or Sat night.
• BWV GV for NYE IF it's not a Fri or Sat night.

Obviously there are many variations to these themes. The week between Xmas and NY as well as HH summer are likely the most difficult times of the year. I suspect that Easter is next at WDW and VB. I wonder how difficult a VB BC is for Easter or President's week.
