I've come in at the end of these, but never actually done it. It is like a fantasy draft where you pick historical players with a salary cap. Each team is evaluated according to some method and a best team is decided based on the computer analysis. Winners get a prize. They have sheets of players you pick from and somehow determine a draft order/process. It seems interesting if you like fantasy sports and know classic players. The winning did seem random because the players I've seen drafted were generally journeyman from the 60s to 80s. I'm not sure what method they use to calculate.
