What is the earliest I can get into MNSSHP?

I heard something about people getting in as early as 4? I am going on Oct 31 and was wondering what time to make my dinner arrangements. I wanted something early so not to waste time. Also, can anyone suggest where to eat that day?

We have been to MNSSHP 3 times (MVMCP 2 times) each time we have been let into the park by 4 p.m.

I would say if you want to eat inside the MK you better hurry up and make an ADR. They were letting people make reservations at the Liberty Tree Tavern when the tickets went on sale. Also the 90 day window for your date has long past.

We have an ADR for Tony's at 6:20pm the day of our visit to MNSSHP. The CM told me that they will let you into the park before 7pm as long as you provide them with a confirmation number for dinner. They told me that we would be escorted to Tony's.

You will be allowed into the park with just your MNSSHP (also applies for MVMCP) ticket anytime after 4pm. You do not need a dining reservation, anyone can get that is attending the party, anytime after 4pm. They will issue you a wristband to show that you are there for the party. At 6pm when the park closes to day guests they will ask everyone with a wristband to go to Tomorrowland/Fantasyland (the rides there will be open for you) and you will be able to stay in those two lands until the park is cleared of day guests at which time they will reopen the rest of the park for the party.

This policy has been in effect since 2001 when the security bag check was added. To clear the park completely at 6pm (as they used to do) and reopen it at 7pm was creating to much of a back up at the bag check/turnstile area.
