What is the difference between Premium/platinum/delux?

I have been following another line and have become very confused!! Not hard to do for me!! Anyways, can someone please help me out with the Premium and Platinum dining plans vs. the delux dining plan? I just got the dining plan vs. delux plan worked out now this:) Thanks

Magic Your Way Premium Package for 2008
Available only at Disney-owned-and-operated hotels, Disney's Magic Your Way Premium Package gives you access to all the best of Walt Disney World. This package costs $149 per adult per day and $99 per child per day more than a standard Magic Your Way Package and must be purchased for your entire reservation.

Disney's PhotoPass - Vacation memories captured by a professional photographer. Receive a voucher valid for one 5" x 7" print per package. You or your travel agent must book the package online to qualify for this feature.

Planet Hollywood - a $15 Certificate valid for food and non-alcoholic beverages and a souvenir merchandise keepsake at Planet Hollywood. VIP Preferred Seating is available from 11 am through 6 pm. Not valid with any other offers or discounts. (One certificate per room and one keepsake voucher per room.)

How-to Guide - available only to guests who book through a travel agent. (One per reservation.)

Luggage Tag - Walt Disney Travel Company commemorative luggage tag. (One per person.)

Advance reservations are strongly suggested for table service restaurants, Character Dining Experiences and Signature Dining Experiences. Advance reservations are required for Disney Dinner Shows. Reservations are required for Grand Gatherings Experiences. Merchandise or photo imaging products that may be offered at dining experiences are not included, except at Cinderella's Royal Table.

Everyone in the room must be booked on the same package and ticket options. Children ages 3-9 must order from children's menu if available. Meal entitlements for children, ages 3-9, are not transferable to adult guests in the party, age 10 and older.

Packages and tickets plus their options or components (including dining entitlements) are nontransferable. Dining entitlements expire at midnight on the day of check-out. Theme Park tickets and options must be used within 14 days of first use unless the No Expiration Option is purchased. Some activities and events are priced separately. Visiting more than one Theme Park on the same day requires the Park Hopper option.
