What is the difference between Cypress Pointe and CPGV

Sorry if this is a stupid question. Are they the same place? They are listed seperately on Hotel Kingdom but appear to have the same description. Is one better than the other?

We stayed in a 3 bedroom on the CPGV side in Sept '05 and loved it. The Grand Villas side is the newest, however the "old" CP side just underwent a complete remodel and is said to be very nice. By the way, you can use the pools at each.

Thanks so much! I've decided to give them a try. We usually stay at the Residence Inn, but for the price, this places looks like it can't be beat.
