I have decided after searching the boards and reading reviews of Happy Limo to avoid them. People seem to think they are awful. I'm shocked that they are recommended on MouseSavers.com if they are that bad, but I trust the reviews here are fairly accurate.

So, aside from them, which is the absolute cheapest but reliable towncar service. It will be for 2 adults, no grocery stop needed. We just need to get to Pop Century after a late night landing from Orlando airport, preferably as quickly as possible.

What do you all think?

I wasn't happy with Happy Limo. There were a lot of extra charges and the driver wanted an extra tip even though it was already included.

I've found Southern Elegance to be the most reliable. I've also heard good things about Murray Hill and I think they're even cheaper, but I haven't tried them yet. It took a loooong time to find a town car company I liked so I'm not switching so soon!

Murray Hill is the cheapest I've found, although I haven't priced them all. I was quoted $80 to POP in February. Using the $5 coupon, it will be $75 + gratuity.

southern elegance has great rates & excellent service

"We do NOT charge Drivers Fees, Port Fees or Tolls. We also do not add the Gratuity in advance unless you request us to do so. Should you plan on placing the Drivers gratuity on your credit card we do need to know that in advance."

Be aware that Southern Elegance will charge you an additional airport fee, not currently listed in their fee chart, as I found out after I made my reservation. The fee is $5 for towncar, $10 for limo.

Just FYI.

When I was researching, I found Murray Hill to be the cheapest, with the $5 coupon. I was also quoted $80 to Pop. There was one other service that was close to that price, I think Prestige, but I found the MH site a bit friendlier and I have only heard good things about them on these boards so I booked them. We'll see!:D

i was never charged an additional fee for anything- the price they quoted me was the price my credit card was charged:confused:

this is what is stated on their web site:

Airport Fee is added to the quotes listed below. This is a fee which the Airport charges Limousine Companies for Arrival pickups.

- $5.00 per arrival for Orlando International Airport.

-$10.00 per arrival for Sanford International Airport."

so, if its already added to quote then it isn't an additional or "hidden" fee

I just got back and I used Tiffany Town Car and I am so glad I did! I paid $90 after the coupon for a round trip plus I gave my driver $10 tip each way.

When I arrived at the airport, he was waiting at the bottom of the escalator for us. He helped us with all our bags and got us to Pop Century in a flash. When it was time to go home, we had the same driver and he was nice and early and waiting for us. My pick up time was 4:20 so I headed out front at 3:55 to gather up my luggage. I didn't want to be late but he was already there.

I would definately recommend Tiffany.

Total spent $110. with no tolls or hidden fees.

I just booked with Southern Elegance. She did say that they just added the extra fees. Luckily I didn't have to pay them since I e-mailed them for a price quote before Oct. 12th. I guess that is when they started with the price increase. I didn't really get into it with her since it didn't affect me. I have to say, I talked with 2 people there and they both were so helpful and nice. Can't wait to try them out in 25 days.

I used Cartier and they charged $85 for a towncar. There were no extra charges. We tipped the driver a little more than usual since we got an upgrade to a limo :)

I just got back earlier this month and used Murray Hill. It was $80.00 + tip round trip to Pop. I was very pleased with there service. We took advantage of the 30 minute store stop. I will absolutely use them on our next trip and will be asking for "Tony" again.

Thanks all.

How far in advance does Murray Hill have to be booked and do they pick up 24/7? (we have a late flight)

If your going at a busy time I would book a few months in advance. If it is slow, I would guess a few weeks. I'm not sure about the late pick up as we got there in the morning. I would assume they pick up 24/7. Why not just email them and ask your questions. You can access there email address from there website @ www.transportation2disney.com

Ok...Has anyone ever had to do this. We are meeting friends at WDW. We need transportation for DH & myself to Coronado Springs. But on the way back to the airport there will be 5 of us...we want to go back together since we are on the same flight home. (Hope this makes sense) Thing is if me & DH get a towncar to the resort....the town car will not be big enough for 5 with luggage on the way back. ANy thoughts?

Since we have never done this before...we need a grocery stop. So all of these limo companies offer this stop? Seems like everyone likes Murray Hill or Tiffany Town car.

PLEASE...need ADVICE:confused:
Thanks you!!!:wave2: :teeth: :wave2:
