What is the best value TS and best value CS in your opinion?

We have a 5 night stay at AKV and will be getting DDP during that time, but then we will be staying at the POP for 2more nights however we will not be getting the DDP during that time.
I would like to get some opinions on the best value for a Table Service Meal
and also the best value for a Counter Service.

Are you asking what is the best out of pocket value for the day you are not on the DDP?

If yes, then for my family:
- the best table service value is a late breakfast buffet. Then we can get away with a quick breakfast inour room and just a snack for dinner.
- the best counter service value is Cosmic Rays chicken and rib combo. We can get two meals with two extra drinks and feed our family of 4

My fave in Epcot is Cantina de San Angel, lots of food, reasonably priced. And Flame Tree BBQ in AK, same. Cosmic Rays in MK for the same reason. We found those to be some of the best "deals" if not on the plan.
