Hi Kelly!

The Best Rate Program is the new online booking method exclusively for AP holders. It's supposed to be replacing the old way of booking AP holder discounted rooms. You may want to check out the codes board & mousesavers where you'll find lots of info on it. (fair warning.....many people have real issues with it)
