My sister in law and her 2 children (ages 16 &15) are coming with us for a Disney/Universal trip. We will only go to Universal for 1 day, but I want to hit the high points of each park (we are staying on property so we will have Front of the line access). I have an annual pass, FAn Club, AAA, Entertainment card/book, Connections member.

What would be the best deal for us. I am open to buying passes that have more days on them (as long as they don't expire) as we are DVC members and will be going to Orlando for the next 40 years.

I'd appreciate any feedback/advice anyone has.

I don't understand how you can stay onsite and only go for 1 day.
If you check into your onsite hotel around 3pm, you'd still have a few hours to visit a park and use your magic key. Then you would return the next morning.
All of you will probably return within the year, so check out the power passes. They cost about $100 and are just like an annual pass, but have a few blackout dates.
When we went to the HRH this year, my daughter had a friend go, and we bought her a power pass.

I think your best discounts for staying on site will be the AP.
