I'm really surprised nobody has mentioned this, but Picabu at the Swan and Dolphin is a great counter service location! I have no idea about its DDP status, but my mom and I go there every time we visit WDW, and we love it. It's clean, bright, and not as crowded as other places.
You can get anything from a simple (but huge and delicious!) hot dog to more upscale options. I have to say the fries there are amazing! I normally never eat fries but I could wolf down a plate of the ones from Picabu in seconds!
Picabu is termed a "buffeteria," which is basically a fancy word for a nice cafeteria. You go through the food section and place your orders, check out, and sit yourself at a booth in the seating area. Somebody will bring out your hot entrees when they are ready.
The atmosphere is so nice and relaxing at Picabu, and the prices are comparable to those at Sunshine Seasons. You should give it a try!
