What is Shamu's Happy Harbor???

Will be going to SW in May. What is Shamu's Happy Harbor? Is it fun for little guys? (under 5 yrs old)

It's a huge play area. Rope climbing areas, and that sort of thing. Most of the kids there are probably under 7 or 8. It is mostly the younger set that likes it a lot. Any time we've walked by we've seen lots of smiles. In some ways it's like a huge McDonalds play place, only better. At least that's what I can tell from what I've seen.

is there anywhere near here that you can sit and get a snack while watching the kiddies burn themselves out!

I'm not sure about the snack but there are benches to sit and watch the kids while they burn off some energy. Warning the kids will not want to leave so don't be in a hurry. See the shows first.
