What is LOTW?

OK I want to become an honered member of LOTW but where do I find a drink at in each country? Is it possible for someone to post a list of these places? Do I have to go into a restaurant and sit down for most of them or can I just get a drink at a cart within the country?

You can get your drink at carts/counter service/and the shops. Each location is different for every country. The best thing to do is set an afternoon aside and wonder through each country until you find what you are looking for. If you cant find the alcohol just ask, the CM's know where it is!
