Playing around local.live.com, I found a complex near WDW - to the east, after the golf courses. The streets have intersting names like Hobbit Corcle, Wizard Way, Pixie somesuch, etc. Is this a timeshare, a residential community, or what? It's a bunch of identical buildings, pools in the middle, marked parking areas. It really looks like a set-up of a WDW resort, without the great theming!
