What is happening at WDW July 18, 2019?

That day has been fully booked (in studios) at a lot of DVC resorts BEFORE the 7 month window, yet dates on each side of it are available. It is not Moonlight Magic event, or a race, or anything else I can think of. Is it a business symposium or convention?
It would require the home resort advantage to book before 7 months, so is intentional. As I said, for the last several weeks the days on each side of it are open.

You never know. I waitlisted for the DHS night this past October, got it, but did not get in to the MM. Wait list, you can be lucky!
