What is going on 11/11-11/14 - no rooms?

I always make reservations 6-11 months in advance, but the kids have off school 11/11 & 11/12 & I thought who goes to Disney at that time of year - I'll try for a long weekend.

Trying to make a last minute reservation for Nov 11-14 - nothing is available in a studio at any of the resorts.

As you noted, the kids are off school in remembrance of Veterans' Day. Since it is a Thursday, a lot of people make it a long weekend and I believe that the Food & Wine Festival winds up on that weekend! All in all I bet that is a very busy weekend at WDW.

Jersey week Maybe. I know alot of people go down for a long weekend because of Veterans Day.

Yes, our first DC is a Veteran's Day cruise followed by a stay at VWL!

Super Soap Weekend is 11/13 & 11/14. I think most everything is going to be pretty booked up for the rest of the year with Vero closed for another month and people rescheduling from the hurricane dates.
