What is FP return time on a 7am EMH?

Anyone know what the first FP return time is for Space Mountain when the park opens at 7am (EMH)? Anyone have experience on days when the park opens this early?

The time will depend on how many FPs were already given out and some other factors. This is assuming that the FP machines are even turned on that early. If they aren't needed at the time they might be turned on.

I was gonna say it is probably based on park attendance and demand. Nine times out of ten this early (especially on an AM EMH) they will not need to be turned on.
The evening EMH are a different story b/c they tend to be more popular than the morning EMH for obvious reasons (not everyone can get rollin that early!) And therefore they need the fastpass machines then due to need and demand.

The "biggies" (Space Mtn., Pooh, Peter Pan, Soarin', Test Track, EE, Safari, maybe ToT & RnR) almost ALWAYS have the FP machines operating first-thing in the mornings, even at the open of AM EMH.

PM EMH may or may not have the FP machines operating.

AM EMH return times will likely be within the first hour... up to within the first 2 hours, depending on how many guests take them, as was said.

Yes, the earliest return times will likely be, say, around 7:30 or 7:40am.

It would have to be super super crowded to get a return that late if you grab the passes early. The lngest wait we have ever had for a fast pass on EMH was maybe an hour later- 8:15

I'm a newbie here, and I don't get the 7am EMH.
The calendar says MK opens at 9, and EMH is one hour
early, how do I get in at 7?

What day are you going? Christmas week MK has an EMH that starts at 7am. Normal hours (when the park opens at 9am) the EMH starts at 8am.

My mistake. I will be there from Dec. 12-27. I haven't nailed down an
itinerary past the first week. I wonder what my two teen DS's will
think of that wake-up time!

No quick fastpass return times because resort guests got a few rounds of fastpasses and pushed the return times back already.

No fast moving standby lines for the first hour since there are already matured fastpasses in circulation.

There are also super late EMH evenings that week, so maybe if they're more the night owl types, you can stay in MK till like 3 in the morning or something. That would be kind of fun!

Do you mean that's why they avoid the parks that have morning EMH? I think it's just another advantage to staying at a Disney resort (if you like EMH).

My experience is that the first available FP return window of the day will NOT occur during the EMH itself. It's normally set to the same time as it would be on a non-EMH day.

Specifically, for Space Mountain during Christmas Week, on a day when the park opens to the public at 8:00AM (or a 7:00AM EMH), I would expect the first available FP return window to be 9:05AM.
