What is FW Cabins like? I have never stayed there and wondering what they are like. We will not have a car

It will be Me, DH, DS age 5 and DS age 2 and Grandma.

Thanks!

I was thinking about staying there as well and if you scroll down to the Camping at Disney board there are some posts of people who stayed there.

The cabins themselves are WONDERFUL -- so much better than I anticipated. I think they would be excellent for a trip with young children (who didn't care about pool amenities) and a lot of resort time.

From looking at your list of previous stays, however, you may really hate the transportation. We're talking a long way from the convenience of BW and YC or even CSR. To get to MGM, Epcot and AK, you have to ride an internal bus, then get a second bus to the park. There's a boat to MK, but you've got to ride the internal bus first. It's hard to describe the scope of FW until you've seen it. It's really, really big, so that internal bus becomes your friend. A lot of people say to rent a golf cart, but we would choose to upgrade the resort over doing that.
