What is Disneyworld missing?

A vacation club/campground. We'd love to be able to buy points for a motor home-only campground for longer stays (don't have one yet...just dreaming). My DH even has it named! "Donald's Dude Ranch" !!

My husband can't STAND the nescafe coffee they sell at the parks (though apparently, there is decent coffee at Tusker House). He grinds his own Starbucks beans at home and takes coffee and little filters with him for the room coffee. He's such a coffee snob. LOL.

A themed casino ! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

OOOhhh, I would have NO problem getting hubby to go to WDW then! He'ld probably go 4 or more times a year!!

1. Indiana Jones Ride (like DLR)
2. Mr Toad Ride (Bring it back...)
3. Expanded monorail service to all DVC properties
4. GOOD Chinese food and Sushi
5. ESPN ZONE....Not the "Club" at the Boardwalk, but a full "ZONE" with
many more interative games.
6. More perks fro AP holders and DVC owners !!

Just my $.02

How about a DisneySea park like in Tokyo?

I don't know much about it, but when it opened it looked really interesting and I had hopes for a while for Florida to get one too.

I would think it would tie in well with a pirates theme.

Great idea. My sons want to go to Japan to visit Tokyo DisneySea :scared1:
I'd love to go, but it is so out of my budget -we'd have to save for 5 years!

I would like to see a monorail system go to every park not just MK and EPCOT

I am surprised at all the people wanting a casino. :scared1:

Casinos are just soooo..I dono, seedy?! Didn't Walt himself say that he wouldn't have any of the carnival games that are meant to rip you off. A casino is the queen mother of carnival games!!

I like the idea of the monorail going to the rest of the parks, don't think it will happen though.

I also like the idea of the Disneysea thing but they already have the living seas at Epcot.

I just think they should add more things not neccessarily in their parks, but outside their parks, you know, try to figure out what some of the things people are venturing outside WDW to do and add some of those, like bowling, go-cart riding, movies,(and yes I already know about AMC, but I am restating my original thought on a drive in movie showing Disney movies only) bowling, and more shopping that doesn't entirely sell only disney stuff.

Kim

I forgot to add, I would also like to see more things to do in MGM. Why can't they put together more experiences based on movies?? This would be a great place for that Indiana Jones Ride they have at DL, and possibly lots more.

Also needed...
PIXAR THEMED CHARACTER MEAL (I can't believe that haven't done this yet)
TAPESTRY DREAMS PARADE @ EPCOT (bring it back!)

A full-service Cheesecake Factory restaurant (more than Cheesecake Factory Express in DT Disney)
:cheer2:
I think they need their own airline, that way........the magic begins the moment you board the plane.
ABSOLUTELY! THAT WOULD BE AWESOME! :thumbsup2
a trivia bar with strictly Disney trivia, with prizes like pins, free food, etc
:cool2:

Disney is missing a new dinner show! The luau and HDD are so popular and they have been there forever. I'd like to see some sort of big band type dinner/dance at Atlantic Dance Hall. Wouldn't it be great to go out for a dinner and dancing???

Also River Country is an eyesore and the campground could use a better themed pool. I'd like to see them tear out the old stuff and renovate a cool pool area for campers.

Speaking of in park transportation, DTD could use some. A LONG time ago, I remember someone on here suggest they build something like the Tommorrowland Transit Authority with three stops around DTD. I thought that was a brilliant idea!

I also like the idea of the Disneysea thing but they already have the living seas at Epcot.

Actually those two things are COMPLETELY different....

Here's some random pics of Tokyo DisneySea

And that's only a small sampling...its my #1 quest to go there sometime in the next few years...the park is amazing, it also cost about $6 billion to build (something which we'd probably never see Disney do in the U.S., Oriental Land Company paid for most of it)

Also, I would like to see a Broadway type theater that has the Broadway shows at DTD (Beauty and the Beast, Lion King, etc.). We never go to New York, but we go to WDW twice a year and would love to see these shows.

I would LOVE this!!:yay:

me...there...now...

A Disney-themed casino would be fun, though.

How much money have you got to throw that much more money at them?!:rotfl:
After a trip, I figure I've already given them a bunch.:rotfl2:

But, I do like the monorail answers, and of course if we're throwing money:), more shops to throw it at.;)

Yes the Electric Light Parade needs to come back. Some of the upgrades they do have gotten away from true Disney I think.

The monorail to all parks and property hotels is great and really needs to be done. I think they make enough money to do this don't you.

I think the retirement home would be great. That way in about 10 years I will have the best place possible to retire to.
