What is best nerf gun for 10 yr old boy?

Please tell me what the best nerf gun is for a 10 yr old.

My DS12 said the best nerf gun is the n-strike longstrike cs-6. Not the longshot. They have it in a bonus pack at TRU that includes a bandolier belt with extra clips. On sale for $30.

When he had his friends over one of the boys brought that gun, and that was the one that everyone wanted to use.

My DS11 recommends the following:

1. Stampede ECS (it is spendy @ $50 and also needs 6 D batteries)
2. Raider CS35 @ $30
3. Longstrike CS6 @ $30
4. Alpha Trooper CS18 @ $20
5. Maverick Rev 6 @ $10

He LOVES his nerf guns. The neighbor kids have a ball shooting them - even the teenagers come out and join in the fun!

My 8 year old got the Stampede N-Strike for his birthday and it's so very funny.

The rest of the family all want one now! We vote that one.

Thats good to know, this was my ds's first choice and the stampede was his second so I grabbed it at TRU. I looked at the Stampede but I don't think my 10 year old could carry it
