What in the World is for Dinner?

Tonight was supposed to be meatloaf, but Dh conned me into making poached eggs lumberjack style. I will probably slice up some cheddar cheese, and make some hashbrowns to go with it.

It will be good, just not what I had my heart set on

Husband started the Atkins diet so we will be having steak tonight (grilled) and the kids and i will have potatoes with it.

We had porkchops and pasta, squash for me and corn on the cob for DDs. DH working tonight. He is eating leftovers from last night!

What is Cheese Nip Chicken?

It's chicken dipped in margarine and then rolled in finely crushed Cheese Nips, then baked in the oven. Sort of like a home made Shake N Bake.
