What if the weather is cool?

We are going midNovember and usually get good weather in Orlando... until this past November and it was much cooler. So if it is cold, is there enough to do there for a whole day... or could you do your dolphin swim and then head over to sea world and start using your 14 day seaworld pass???? any info appreciated.. thanks.
