on one of the fireworks cruises? I would love to book one some day, but I am someone who always seems to have to "go" and I'm concerned that I'd be out on the boat.

Are there any with a restroom?

No restroom on the boats. I recommend going before you leave, and, well, holding it. It's only an hour... ;)

No restroom, your out on a pntoon boat. I would just say dont have anything to eat or drink a hour or hour and half before you go on your cruise. And try to hit the restroom right before so maybe that will help.

Think Depends.

Try taking Immodium AD (2 tablets). I know it is used for the "other problem", but it seems to calm your stomach down, PLUS it dries you up. Just make sure you re-hydrate yourself after getting back on terra-firma (Land--that is). And the suggestions about not eating and especially drinking an hour and a half before the cruise make alot of sense.

Trust me, I've been there!

Good luck, Wilma

Thanks for responding and answering my question about the restroom onboard (I didn't think there would be one, but I had to ask).

Very interesting advice :) Since we drive to WDW from Maryland, and I'm always the one who has to stop, more than any of my four kids, I've often thought about Depends, but have never had the nerve to try them :D

I didn't realize the cruise was only an hour. That really isn't very long at all.

Thanks again.

I went to the restroom at the boardwalk right before the cruise. The cruise isn't long - you should be just fine. Plus, if you have to - ask the driver to drop you off at one of the docks so you can go. I'm sure they would do that. :)

Honest, I was not trying to offend, just joking.

At lot of people use them at the casino, they would prefer them to going to the rest room and loosing their slot machine.

Ack!!!!!!!! Are you serious? How do you know this? I'm always at the casino and don't think I'd be able to tell who is wearing what! LOL! Now I will look at these people in an entirely different way thanks to you Gail!

I'll tell if you'll tell. :)

I see you are from CT also, so I assume you are either talking about Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun. Thanks for the warning :p LOL

Humm, and here I thought they wore 'em in case they won the jackpot...

Completely serious. You can learn the most amazing things from the dealers, floor people, restroom attendants and the players themselves.

Like I said, John, from the good ole folks that work there and some of the patrons.

Just for the record, I play Blackjack and there is plenty of time for me to use the restroom during the shuffle.

Yes, those are the ones, although, some of the pit supervisors are from casinos in AC or LV and they say the same happens all over. Guess they take that slot thing really seriously.

Dual purpose, eh?

Last night, at a family Father's Day bar-b-q, I told some of my women relatives about this "Depends" topic that I seem to have started, and none of them thought that Depends would really hold that much; that it was just for "leaks".

Anyone know?

This whole topic about them seems so funny to me. I can't imagine having the nerve to wear them in public unless I had a medical problem (but I think those can be fixed). I'd be afraid of leaks or odor. (Anyone see Austin Powers 3 after he ate asparagus?
