Oh my gosh ! I just panicked. What if they release the candlelight packages while I am at the world (Aug 12-18) ? I am in charge of our all girl trip in December and need to book the package for Dec. 3rd. I won't have a computer with me. Will I have to call WDW Dine(Or is it CRO) everyday? Anyone else ever have this problem ? Help !

Many are reporting that they will go on sale July 31. Even the Mousesavers newsletter mentions July 31.

I have a feeling you will know the sale date before your trip.

FWIW, Just got off the phone with Disney Dining and they said that the Food & Wine (and all activities that go with it) is what is being opened up on July 31st, not CLPP :confused3 . She said they have NO info on when CLP will be available for booking, but last year it was late August.

It was August 15 to be exact. Disney Dining knew it would be August 15 by the beginning of August.

If the date they become available isn't July 31 like they are saying, I would think being down there and asking in person at restraunts/disney dining would be better yet.

Don't worry. Last year the reservation date was announced before they were released. I wrote the date down because we (BF and I) would be in WDW when they went onsale. We checked the day we checked in at the reservation desk at our hotel to confirm the date. On that day at 8am we called Disney Dining from our room and booked our CP Package. We plan on doing this again this year,.

If you go to your resorts Guest Services desk on the day tickets go on sale they can order them for you and you will not have to hold on the phone.

When making other ADRs the other day, the CM said mid-August. She also said that the information (narrators, prices, etc) would probably be available about 10 days before the packages actually went on sale. That sounds similar to past years so I think you will be fine either way - either know before leaving to call for bookings or that they will go on sale after you get back.
