If you made copies of the back of the passes (the backs have all of the vital info), you may be able to get replacements from Disney. A few years ago, I lost my pass and called Disney while at WDW and gave them all my info, including all ticket info that I copied from the back. When we went to the TTC the next day, I received a 1 day park hopper (since I had only 1 day left on my original pass), compliments of WDW. Hope this helps, and Good Luck!!
