What happens the next day?

I figured the DIS board will know the answer to this. Do any of you know what happens the day after the Flower and Garden festival ends? Will the flowers and topiaries still be there around the water in Epcot or do they take them out? Has anyone been to Disney World the end of May...what did Epcot look like? We are planning on going the end of May but if the flowers are gone I may try to book it earlier.

We've gone the very beginning of June and the flowers and topiaries are still there. I think they're there until they pretty much die before they're changed or removed.
