It's their frequent renter program. One thing that it does for you is it eliminates the hassle of them trying to sell you the insurance as your info is already filled in on the RA. Sometimes you can also get upgrades and discounts with your frrequent renter number.
It saved me a 1 hr wait on New Year's Day. With QS you go right to the booth in the garage, sign your papers and go, 5 mins tops. The gal taking the car next to mine said her non-QS line wait was an hour.
It's a program for business flyers. I don't (yet) own a business or work for one, so I made one up. I used my web domain name as the business name, entered my domain e-mail address and cell phone number as being my business mail and phone number and that was that. I had my QS member number by e-mail almost at once and received a card shortly thereafter. Go to their site and fill out the web form. They take all your info, CC number, insurance preferences, the whole list of stuff they'd ask you at the counter so all that's on file already. In addition to skipping the long line, you don't have to go through the hard sell on extra insurance and all the other BS. I had the car before my wife had our luggage. I used Alamo before becoming a QS member and I wouldn't rent without it.
