What else to say to the characters???

We are just back and had great luck with these:

The Queen from Snow White: We asked her why she gave the apple to Snow White. She responded to my three girls by walking over to a picture hanging on the wall (Hollywood Studios Animation Studio) and very sternly asking if the picture of the old woman with an apple looked like her. My girls all nodded "no" because speaking at this point was out of the question for them! The Queen then asked if that old woman looked like her......all responded with a nodded "no" and the Queen then said well it wasn't me! It was awesome!

Mickey/Minnie and Donald and Daisey: Twice we said to one of the two of the pairs that one party member in our group had been flirting with the significant other. The reactions both times was priceless. Mickey looked at the other dad in our group and pointed to his own eyes then and the dad. The I am watching you move. Then Mickey went over to his wife and gave her a big hug and kiss.

We did the same with Donald and Daisy.....This time Daisy came over to me and hugged me and when the Photopass guy snapped photos Daisy was in full embrace with me while keeping my wife away from me.

We also told Lady Tremaine and the step sisters that they all were more beautiful and Cinderella. Lady Tremaine told me that I was a man of substance which is difficult to find in this kingdom. I thanked her for the kind words and the pictures....and she responded by telling me that the pleasure was certainly all mine!

And finally at CRT for breakfast all my girls had Ariel shirts on. So when she came by her reaction was awesome. She got so excited to see her picture on their shirts and told my girls that she must be a star to be on so many shirts. It was very cute!

Oh, and my girls asked Flynn Ryder to show them "The Smolder" which he gladly did but Rapunzel warned them before that they were going to need a frying pan if he did the Smolder. She told them that that all girls needed a good frying pan!

I had fun with all the characters. Told one of the step sisters that my son would marry her. He was really embarassed. She went up to him and pulled him into the picture. Right before that a little girl was getting her picture taken with them and they asked who made her dress. she said "Target". The red headed sister said "OOO can the Target make my wedding dress" the stepmom said "Maybe this girl will tell us how to get to the Target". So I told them I could tell them how to get to the Target so they could make her wedding dress.
I told Mulan that if anything happened to Shang that my son would be there for her. Mulan is his favorite movie. I also told her it scared me when Shang fell in the 2nd movie.
We asked Alladin where Aboo was. So him and Jasmin start looking for him. And told the kids to keep on eye out of him and let them now if we see them.
We traded with a Jawa.
My little one told Goofy and all the other characters that he came all the way from Texas just to meet Goofy.
On Star Tours my 7 yo was the rebel spy. So when we saw a storm trooper I told him I captured the rebal spy for him.
My little one asked Repunzel how she fits all that hair in the tower and also what shampoo she uses.

I had the best reaction with Snow White at Akershus last year. When she got to our table I asked he if she was the one who made sure there were no apple desserts. She giggled and said yes. We chatted a little after. She was amazing, she sounded exaclty like Snow White, and was just charming. It was the most magical part of my vacation. :goodvibes:

So cute!

My daughter asked Mickey why he didnt propose to minnie, and he jumped and made a shushing motion!!!:rotfl2::rotfl::lmao:

When I met Alice she told me to tell Snow White, "Tag, you're it!" Snow White seemed to know what I was talking about when I told her! It was a fun game!!

These are ABSOLUTELY adorable! I've enjoyed reading them. DH and I will be taking DD to MNSSHP so we will most defintely be using some of these. Let's hope I don't get cold feet. The Captain Hook one is awesome! :goodvibes:lmao:

This wasn't actually something that was said, but it was funny. We we met Captin Hook, he noticed that my autograph book had Tinkerbell on it and he flipped out LOL. Acted like he was going to throw it down on the ground and stuff. If he did that just by seeing her pic, I can only imagine how he would act if you actualy spoke about Tink.

I had THE best time at MNSSHP in September!
During the first parade, Jafar came over to our side of the street. I called his name, and when he looked, I blew him kisses and motioned for him to "call me"! He just stopped for a second, and then waved his hands in disgust and walked off.

During the second parade, Cruella stopped in front of us. I called out "Cruella--you're looking marvelous!" She struck a pose, tossed her head, and answered "I KNOW!"

Finally, I got my picure taken with Captain Hook after the Villains show. I told him that I've been waiting for ages to meet him, and that he was "tall, dark & a snazzy dresser". He bowed and kissed my hand--so much fun! :)

Just got back yesterday, here are a few of the things I said to characters to get some really fun interactions.

Mexico Donald: "There is way too much Mickey Mouse stuff in this place."

Snow White: [while leering suspiciously at her] "I don't trust your wicked wiles."

Belle: "Picture this: a rustic hunting lodge, my latest kill roasting over the fire, my little wife massaging my feet, while the little ones play on the floor with the dogs. Oh, we'll have six or seven..."

"We shall be the perfect pair, rather like my thighs."

Ariel: [while dressed as Gaston] "Hey there fruitcup, if you ever get tired of this bum [motioning to Eric] there's always room for you in my tavern."

Also, Sorceror Mickey really liked this t-shirt I wore:

If there is one thing I learned this weekend, it's that Disney is down with zombies.

I also got several shout-outs from Disney characters as they met with other people when I walked past in my Gaston costume. It was pretty rad.

hello, I remember reading awhile back something about pushing a button on buzz lightyear? does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I'm still reading through this thread - don't know if I'll finish by the time we leave!

Okay, this is backwards but, Funniest Thing a Character EVER said to me:

I was dressed as Fifer Pig at the MSSSHP when I met Gaston (one of my favorites!!). He looked at me and said "You look like something I'd mount on my wall" :rotfl2:

Oh man did I choke on our last visit to Disneyland a couple of weeks ago. We were having a character breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen. Normally I love interacting with the characters and getting pictures...but sometimes I get a little star struck and this time I lost it. When Dale came around I was alone at the table (wife was up getting food) so I said something like "Okay...okay I've been practicing my chipmunk identification...you're Dale right?!" I mean I was looking at the nose and hair. Dale stoped...stared at me a few seconds...sadly shook his head then pointed sarcastically at the giant "DALE" printed on his kitchen apron. I mumbled something like..."...oh...yeah...um...I guess I could read that..." Later on he came back by slowly shaking his head and pointing again at the large name on his apron. :rotfl:

THEN I completely messed things up with Snow White. I always get a little shy around the princesses...I'm better with Mickey and Goofy etc. Anyway when Snow White came to our table she asked what we were going to do today...I completely blanked and said "Well...later we were hoping to visit your castle." She very politely informed me her castle was in the clouds but that I was still welcome any time. Not to be deterred I dug myself in deeper by mentioning something about how sometimes we visit her castle in Disneyworld. She again politely informed me her castle was in the clouds. I of course know that at DL it's Aurora's castle and WDW it's Cinderella's. I just completely blanked. Sigh. Very smooth Jimbo. :lmao:

at 1900 Park Fare a few weeks back, Lady Tremaine was talking about being forgetful because she's getting older. I complimented her skin and how smooth it was. She told me that, before they returned the want they'd "borrowed" from the Fairy Godmother, she'd had a little work done. :lmao:

(that comment references the most recent Cinderella movie, for those who haven't seen it.)

in the past I haven't known much about talking with the characters. we did have some nice experiences just because of the characters themselves. a few pics:

tink kept standing just like my dd. my dd asked her where she sleeps and she said "my house!" while pointing to the door behind her. then she asked my dd where SHE sleeps!

I'm really enjoying reading all of these ideas! I'm going to have to make some notes so I remember to ask some of these questions when we're on our trip!
