I'm confused by the info I'm seeing out there. What drinks can I order from my room without being charged? Thanks!

The drinks you would be able to order from room service are going to have a charge as they are canned sodas and bottled water. It would also be that way if you went to the stands outside the theater and ordered soda, water or beer there.
If you want free drinks, you would need to go to Deck 11 on either side of the ship (Dream and Fantasy is what I am talking about) and get them there and bring them back to your cabin.
I have heard of some people getting several drinks from Deck 11 and putting them in the fridge for when they wanted something. The water from the faucet in the bathroom is also fine to drink and you could ask for ice from your cabin host/hostess if need be.

So literally nothing? lol sheesh. That seems crazy. The point of room service is you don't wanna go out and get it!

If it says "Please call In-Stateroom Dining for offerings and prices" on the menu, it will incur a charge. If it has a price noted on it such as the fruit trays, it will incur a charge. Generally speaking, if the soda comes in a can (as opposed to out of a fountain) it will cost extra. Remember this tidbit when on Castaway Cay. You can Google a room service menu to see in advance of your cruise.

Also, the room service menu is sort of limited on the free items anyway.

You can carry some onboard if you would like to have them on hand in your cabin fridge...going to be a lot cheaper than buying them on the ship at bars, theater or room service.

We bring water because of this, but otherwise we've greatly appreciated the free milk for the kids and coffee in the morning for breakfast.

Does anyone know if they will deliver alcoholic drinks?

Do you know what kind of milk? 2%, chocolate, skim?
I have only ordered whole. The milk comes in cartons, like in Cabanas, so I would guess you could get whole, 2%, skim and chocolate as I have seen all of those in Cabanas.

My understanding is that if you order room service coffee, you will not get real cream (you'll get the coffeemate tubs) but there is real cream at the beverage dispensers on the upper deck.
