Aside from my PCP, who agrees that care in this area is abysmal, I only go out of town, especially for surgical consults and care.

Mechanic. Surrounded by repair shops, but used the same shop 6 miles away for 20 years.
Pizza. Prefer a local mom and pop pizza place over the chains.
Coffee. Only go 2 miles, but I pass 3 Starbucks and 2 other independent coffee places to get there.
