What does this possibly mean for Nov?

I just ran across the FREE dining for 8/13 - 9/30. It would only make sense for this time of year. I would think things would be slow. What does this mean for early Nov. I will not expect the FREE dining. What are the odds they will through in a different special .Maybe pay for 4 play for 7, etc. I am not extremely experienced with the Disney ways, so some input would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Last year there was a public code for Nov and part of December. It was released towards the end of Sept. It was not free dining, but money off your room rate. It saved us $425 for 7 nights at POR.
I am hoping we get something similar again!!
