What does "official closing" mean?

I was told by TTC on Friday that today was our official closing and we could call in 3-4 days for booking. Does this mean Disney receives our info today or that TTC is mailing it today?

I believe it means that on your "official closing" day, the title is in your name. It takes 3-4 days for Disney to change the computer stuff before you can make a reservation. Hope that helps, if not, I'm sure others will help as well.
