DH is retired Marine and works at Lowe's Home Improvement as a Sales Specialist. I am a Veterinary Medical Technician at a small animal hospital (dog and cat nurse ).

Hi gang, by day I'm a certified registered nurse anesthetist at the largest level one trauma center in western Ma (yup, I pass gas for a living)

by night, I'm a mom, brownine leader, PTA officer, and farm wife!

DH is an "equine podiatrist"....aka farrier!

DH has banker's hours and decides if people are worthy of his high-interest money.

DW is a part time pharmacist, full time organizer and social cooridinator at our house.

Seems to be a lot of nurses on the boards....I'm another one! I'm a Neonatal Intensive Care RN (premature and very sick newborns) at the University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago. My husband is a carpenter....(has a degree in business but never wanted to wear a suit everyday to work!) I also consider myself a Full-Time mom, Brownie Leader, Hot Lunch Mom, School Publishing Center Mom.....I wear many hats! But my favorite hat has mouse ears! Kathy

For the last 15 years I have been a legal word processor in a large law firm in Manhattan.

Before that I was a hairstylist and worked in the family business.

But since I am a fan of personal finance gurus, my rich dad says: Your job and business are two different things. As stated above my job is a word processor, but since I mind my own business, I am trying to be the next Warren Buffett.

If that is too esoteric for you, it will make sense after you read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad.
