What do you use the dvc member site for?

I logged in once when they sent out the PINs after the last 'upgrade'. Didn't impress me and since they did a less than fair job of explaining how the whole account registration works and ties in with the 'global' disney.com account, I've now got 'two' disney accounts and no clue how I'm supposed to login.

I'll call and sort it all out once the information it provides becomes useful.

I am so glad to read this thread because I thought it was just me that found it dull.

However I do check it every day at the moment to see if the 2006 points are out for Grand Californian Hotel at Disneyland California. I think I will be in for a long wait.
