I make it a personal policy to never book anything that has a credit card guarantee or cancellation policy for our arrival day. There are just too many things that can go wrong and cause a delay. It's bad enough to get to Disney World late -- worse still if being late costs you a fee for a missed reservation. Also, the stress of trying to get to California Grill on time will certainly take some of the enjoyment out of the experience of dining there.
