What do you take for vitamins or supplements?

I am wondering what is your vitamin/supplemenent regiman?

I have been taking a Probiotic (awesome for digestive problems - it is what is in Activia yogurt) and B12.

What is everyone else taking?

I take the general one a day vitamen, the women's version. I also when I can remember, try and take ginseng everyday!
 
GNC Womans Energy Pack. I like it! I'm just bad at taking pills everyday... which reminds me...:rolleyes:
 
A bee pollen and a fiber tab everyday...keeps me regular!!:lmao:
 

My wife and I take the following supplements daily

Multi Vitamin
Calcium tablet
Vitamin C
15 minutes of sunshine (for Vitamin D)
 
i take vitamin b complex, calcium (osteoporosis runs in my family), and fiber tablets (that little extra bit helps a ton!).
 
I take:
2 GNC vitamins - 1 womens ultra mega & 1 womens ultra mega fitness (2 = 1 dose)
COq10
Omega 3
2 Chewable calcium - from GNC - caramel is REALLY yummy and cheaper than viactiv - makes this more like a candy treat!
Fall & Winter I also take 100 mg chewable C from GNC - 2 - 6/day
 
I take a one-a-day men's formula vitamin. In the winter I take a little extra vitamin C to help fight off colds.
 
Right now, I am taking GNC Mega Man Sport for my multi. I can really tell a difference with it. I don't trust the vitamins that you get at grocery stores and Wal-Mart. I have taken those and still caught a cold. While I am on the Mega Man, I haven't been sick once yet.

Just something to think about.

Once a day, calcium (osteoporosis also runs in my family) and right now a vitamin C since cold season is upon us. Occasionally I get in a fish oil or green tea, but I usually forget since I don't want to mix those with my "regular "pills that i take at night
 
I vary my vitamins.

Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium for muscle cramps due to running.

Iron for my regular blood donations.

Amino Acids for post long distance runs.

Multi-vitamin if I didn't take any of the above that day.

Vitamin C during winter months.
 
my family accuses me of being very anal about our daily vitamis :)

i take: multi-vitamin, magnesium, calcium, baby asprin, flaxseed oil, sometimes enteric coated fish oil
 
I take Womens one a day, potassium when I run and flax seed oil.

My stomach will get upset if I take the GNC mulit vitamins or Trade Joes vitamin packs...and I have to eat and take my vitamins at or else I get an upset stomach.
