What do you sleep in?

Tank top and panties....sometimes lol nothing is awesome but with the kids I try to make sure I have just enough on without being hot, I get so hot when I sleep!

summer- pjs (tee and shorts) or if its really hot, shorts and a cami
winter- Im anemic and always cold, no matter how high the heat is. :lmao: so its a pair of long sweat pants or pj pants, One of moms old work shirts (she had way too many and there huge on me), socks, and a winter hat (90 percent of heat loss is from your head.) The hat must be flannel

In the summer shorts and a tank, sometimes a nightgown.

In the winter long pants with a tshirt or long sleeve shirt if it is super cold.

I do always have to wear socks.

Sports bra or tank top with girl boxers or stretch shorts. Enough that I could jump out of bed and deal with a fire/intruder but not enough that I'm hot!

You are definitely hot so I guess that's a fail.

Soft, cotton, comfy, oversized shirts.. You know the ones that probably should have been thrown out ages ago.... but you just can't cause they are the most comfortable.

I tried a pretty nightgown once --- very cute --- but hot and too much fabric. I flop around alot when I sleep and this nightgown tried to choke me --- just too much fabric that got all twisted up around me.

100% cotton (not jersey) nightgown.
Everything else is too hot.

When we're at cub camp, either a pair of pjs (tops/bottoms) or yoga pants/t-shirt.

At home, it depends on how hot I am. Sometimes nada, sometimes a pair of yoga shorts and t-shirt or a sports bra....

No nightgowns though. I'm a toss-and-turner, and those things just get tangled around me. Same with DH's shirts...he's a 3XLT (broad shoulders, long torso), and they just tangle too easy.

But I do steal the shirts during the day. :thumbsup2

It depends on which wife I'm with.

Oh it's nothing like that, I'm married to one wonderful woman. She just has multiple personality disorder (amateur diagnosis). One of her personalities is allergic to synthetic fibers.

Usually a cami and cotton elastic waist shorts that I bought at Walmart a few years ago.
Lately, just panties and the sheet because I am of "that age" where hot flashes kinda follow you day and night. :lmao:

I'm a freeze baby so in the summer I'm sweatpants and a tshirt and in the winter I'm sweatpants, tshirt, sweatshirt, and socks. The sweatpants have to be able to stay down so I typically wear ones with elastic on the bottom or tuck them into socks. It's the only way I can fall asleep.

I've been sleeping in DH's old t-shirts for years, but would like to class it up a bit. Something cool - I can't sleep if i'm too hot. Just wondering what the other grown ups are sleeping in!

Considering the nature of this board what else but disney nightshirts!!!!

:cool1:

Totally know what you mean. In general, I am an oversized tshirt kind of girl. If there is company to be had, I throw on a pair of shorts or pants in the winter.

I personally don't wear a er, female chest supportive device to bed. One night earlier this summer, it was super hot, the air wasn't on yet, the fan was doing nothing for me. I was sweating bullets, so I decided to go for it, and decided to sleep shirtless, and again, nothing under it. By that point, I decided, I just might as well go all in and went er, starkers.

I actually quite enjoyed it at first. But, I just couldn't sleep well, because in the back of my mind, I kept worrying...what if there is a fire? what if someone comes into my room in the middle of the night? what if I get up to go to the bathroom and someone is peeking in the window? Anyway, I think I woke up nine or ten times throughout the night, and could never get to deep sleep.

LOL. The last time I slept nekkid, my 4yo son came in during the night to snuggle. I woke up to "Mommy! You forgot your pajamas!" Yikes!

Now I sleep in cotton pajamas during summer, flannels in the winter.

In the summer I wear cotton shortie pajamas and in the winter I wear a long t-shirt. There's a store near me that sells them in sizes up to 5X and I buy the 5X ones to sleep in. I can't sleep nekkid, I'm just not comfy.

I sleep in a t-shirt. DS is notorious for waking up in the middle of the night and coming into mine and DH's room and standing thisclose to my face until I wake up and jump outta the bed scared. If not for that, I'd be sleeping nekkid. I can't stand to be hot!
