What do you do to kill time before Disney?

Read the Disboards!!!! :) No Disney trips planned yet for me so I do a lot of dreaming. Enjoy your upcoming trip!!!!

Read guide books (even older ones from the library) - then when you get to WDW - pinch yourself - you made it :thumbsup2

Read DisBoards, bombard my family with planning questions and scrapbook photos from previous trips.

I've been watching Disney movies that I haven't seen or haven't seen in along time :)

I plan and re-plan the trip. Read every book I can find. Guidebooks, learn all the facts on the internet, read kingdom keepers, make a guidebook for yourself (dates, reservation numbers, etc.), watch disney movies and drive everyone crazy with my did you the trashcans are 30 feet away from each other and no ride/building at wdw is taller than 200 feet because facts:cool1:

If I mention disney one more time to my husband he will kill me lol so I just come here :)

Drool over the food pics. and plan what we are going to eat. :goodvibes

The wait is going to Kill me I think....LOL

Well, as this is my longest wait for our Disney trip yet (497 days & counting ) I try & make the wait a little more bearable by, being on the Dis,,,a lot, watching Disney & universal related vids on youtube, (ride POV's, resort tours, park tours etc), deciding what ADR's we want, making tentative plans, & everytime we cross off another 100 days we have a mini celebration!

so, as you have a lot less time than me to wait I can assure you that the wait won't kill you, as i'm still going strong :wave2:

In the months between our April and October trips, I like to take DD on day trips (Philadelphia Zoo, NYC, Dorney Park) as well as weekend trips to Hershey Park. It makes the time pass quickly! Between October and April, well, we won't do much. With the holidays and her birthday, the time goes fast.

Plan, rearrange ADRs, read these boards, plan weekly Disney theme nights (dinner, dessert, movie and trivia - all related to whatever movie we are watching that week), try to figure out how many more trips I can set up after the one I am already planning (was computing AP prices in my head vs. non-expiring tickets for 2014 just a few minutes ago :rotfl:).

I watch Disney movies and shop for our trip.

I obsessively stalk the dining res site looking for a BOG ADR...sigh. And come here, where I stalk the September cancelled ADR thread for BOG cancellations. Notice a theme here?? LOL

Really, I spend a lot of time here and other sites planning and dreaming.

Work, pay bills, take care of household chores, and know that I have a nice vacation coming up in 77 days.

I am at 15 days, so I understand the obsessive behavior kicking in. I've been reading the kingdom keepers, looking over my books for something new that I don't already know, and spending some time surfing the Internet and talking on Disboard. I also make a new mouse ear cut out to hide around the house each days with how many days until Disney. I start this at around 25 days. And yes, basically I drive the DH and DSs crazy. Oh, another fun thing to do is watch YouTube videos of resorts, restraints, rides, etc.
