What do the Hess stations carry?

The Hess station across from the Boardwalk Villas is the one we'll be using. Do they have food? Beer? Is there wine? We're not into the cheapo stuff but neither are we big spenders when it comes to beer or wine....we're hoping for a nice general assortment to choose from but not even sure the Hess stations carry it.
As far as food, we're mostly looking to pick up a few breakfast items, more than might be available in the BWV general store.

Think of a Hess station as a local 7-11 that is what you will find. Some beer, wine, and snack foods.

I haven't been to the Hess near the Boardwalk but the one near Downtown Disney seemed reasonably well stocked. It had plenty of beer and soft drinks, several wines, lots of snacks and candy, basic groceries and bakery goods. Couldn't see any spirits though. First time we went, we bought beer, wine and snacks totalling $25 and worked out that the same selection bought from the resort shops at Disney prices would have been almost $80, well worth a 5 minute walk

I like the Hess station beside the Boadwalk. I usually buy Coors Light and Bud Light there. That's about as good as the beer selection gets, but the price is quite reasonable.

The Hess station by Boardwalk carries a good variety. Reasonably priced beer and soft drinks as well as snacks. They may have had wine I can't really remember and I don't know if they had that many food type items. Mostly snacks, potato chips, beef jerky, candy etc. it is a pretty small convience store. We did buy some Corona and Miller high life I believe. Nothing fancy in the beer department but it does the job. Also, if you like energy drinks I think they had monster 2 for $3 or something of that nature. Overall, if you have to go there the prices are great considering the tripled (if not more) cost you would pay at the general store at BWV. I think I paid $3-4 dollars for a 2 liter of coke and around $8 for a very small bottle of advil there.

There was a thread here about 2 months ago that actually had photos of the shelves and goods for sale. Try to find it if it's still available.

Hess does have beer and wine. I have bought wine there as i hate to spend $7.00 a glass. I have also gotten beer 2 for $3.00 there before. :)

There was a great thread with pics and prices. It pays off for beer and wine (much less expensive)...not milk (smae price as Disney resorts).

If you are thinking of breakfast items...you are probably better off throwing that in your suitcase before you leave home. (Box of cereal, oatmeal packets, granola bars, bagels, etc.) Just buy the milk at your resort.

Hess Express also has really good pizza (at "ordinary" prices). Definitely one of WDW's better-kept secrets.

If you are a fan of "non-Coca-Cola Co." soft drinks (Pepsi, etc.), you can forget about finding it anywhere on Disney property, since Disney has a strict rule to all vendors operating on-property that they exclusively sell Coke products.

Also, for those of you into "the hard stuff", you won't be able to get any at the Hess Express stores since Florida state law doesn't allow for liquor sales at "traditional" retail outlets such as Hess (beer/wine, only).

An alternative on WDW (for military ID card holders) for alcohol sales is the "AAFES General Store" inside Shades of Green (across from the Polynesian), since that piece of land is considered to be federal property (and exempt from state laws), as alcohol sales are concerned...

Hi there! I'll be staying at the Buena Vista Palace in June and am curious to know where this Hess station is located? I know DD is right across the street but where is the Hess? I don't remember seeing it the last time I was in Orlando. :)
