We are doing our first WDW family vacation in January. I have never flown with children and don't know the requirements. I don't have ID for them what do they usually ask for? Thanks for your help!

If you are flying domestically and have purchased seats for the child(ren), no ID is needed.

If you are flying with a "free" lap child, you should carry some form of proof of age to prove that the child is under 24 months old.

Note that if you are flying with a lap child, it can affect your seating arrangements, as no more than one lap child is allowed in a given row of seats.

I won't have a lap child. I just got nervous because I got to thinking how do they know who these kids are? I booked tickets and they never asked ages. Anyway, Thanks for your help to my silly question.

I always carry a photocopy of their birth certificate, and insurance cards incase of emergency.
