I hate to tell you but "making something with it" is adding more calories on.![]()
LOL
I would break it up into smaller pieces and freeze it. Then use it (or snack on it) when you need it. Especially with Christmas coming, you could make lots of stuff with it, maybe even for gifts (I like to melt chocolate and make popcorn balls with it).
